Returns & Exchanges

Important Policy Information

Due to the nature of our product and for the safety and hygiene of all our customers, all sales of ANI Luxury Hair Growth Oil are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened products.

ANI Luxury Hair Growth Oil is a personal care product applied directly to the scalp. For the health and safety of our customers, and in accordance with industry standards for personal hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns or provide exchanges once a purchase has been made.

What This Means:

  • All sales are final — no returns accepted
  • No exchanges for different sizes or products
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned
  • Unopened products are not eligible for return

Damaged or Defective Items

While we maintain the highest quality standards, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we want to make it right.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification purposes. Upon confirmation, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
